In November we hosted the Association of Fundraising Professionals for National Philanthropy Day, which celebrates the charitable work that takes place to make a positive and lasting impact in our community. Several well deserving philanthropists from the Triad were honored at this event for the good work they do and the lives they have changed. It was exciting to hear the impactful stories of these awards. The event was emceed by Cindy Farmer from Fox8 and award recipients were joined by their family members, friends and colleagues. The hybrid program was live streamed for those who could not attend in person and our Grand Auditorium allowed in-person attendees to social distance as needed. It was an honor to have this group in our facility!
