The Pre Function Space features a wall of windows which lets in plenty of natural light and gives the area an open and relaxing feel. The space can be set for up to 134 guests at banquet round tables or can be split into 3 separate breakout rooms that seat approximately 30 guests each, or 90 when combined together. Of course, we can’t forget about the audio-visual capabilities! Guests can enjoy three drop down screens with ceiling mounted projectors that feed each screen and integrated sound which is perfect for background music during lunch dining.
Need to make some announcements during lunch or the exhibit hall? We can provide you with wireless microphones according to your needs or microphones for speakers at a podium if preferred. The break out rooms within the Pre Function Space were also recently up-fitted with cameras and ceiling mounted microphones for more seamless hybrid functionality.
