In December we hosted the NC Water Quality Association for their membership meeting and Drinking Water Committee Meeting. We were thrilled to have this group returning to The Conference Center. This association “brings together proactive local governments, wastewater authorities, and leading wastewater engineering firms to protect water resources in North Carolina based on sound science and good public policy.” <ncwqa.com>
The hybrid meeting accommodated virtual attendees by streaming content and audio, allowing those who couldn’t travel to still participate. The group enjoyed beverages and a lunch buffet (including some tasty holiday cupcakes) and held a small committee meeting afterwards.
