This month we hosted one of the largest international truck manufacturing companies in the world, which sells products and services in over 140 countries.
Over 300 attendees gathered for their annual meeting which began in the Grand Auditorium, followed by breakout sessions. Guests were also able to enjoy a delicious afternoon snack with refreshments while our Conference Center team transformed the BB&T Oak Ridge Rooms. This space features soundproof partitions, allowing the space to be split into four separate quadrants, perfect for the smaller team meetings.
And what better way to end a great meeting than with an evening cocktail reception! Our Pre-Function Space served as the perfect location for guests to mix and mingle, while enjoying a variety of hors d’oeuvres and an assortment of beer and wine selections.
