Now that spring has arrived, we thought it would be fun to share with you some of the colorful, spring-like menu items our catering partners, Plain & Fancy Caterers, have prepared for our guests over the past month.
Tables for the GTCC Foundation Scholarship Luncheon, held on March 30, were decorated with bright orange napkins, which contrasted nicely against the dark tablecloths and paired well with the colorful Italian Chopped Salad. Large lemon slices garnished the iced tea glasses, and a petite fresh floral decoration provided an additional burst of color for guests to enjoy.
These Caprese Skewers with buffalo mozzarella, balsamic glaze and fresh basil, and the deviled eggs make for a beautiful (and tasty) display.
And, of course, who can resist fresh vegetables, no matter how they’re served?
We will leave you with the yellows, reds, and blues of our Seasonal Berry Trifle and our decadent Dark Chocolate Mini Cannolis with chocolate drizzle, served with a grape garnish.
