On April 17 & 18, 2024, GTCC Board members held their Board Retreat at The Conference Center at GTCC to discuss upcoming goals and plans for the new fiscal year, which begins on July 1.
The first day began with dinner, which was held at The Clubhouse at Cameron Campus and included a light evening reception followed by a sit-down dinner. The reception included a Charcuterie of Domestic Meats, Cheeses, and Assortment of Gourmet Crackers with various selections of Beer and Wine. Options of Soda, Infused Iced Water, and Iced Tea were also offered.
Then Board members were served a Gluten Free dinner to include a Steakhouse Salad with Grape Tomatoes, Hearts of Palm, Aged Cheddar Cheese, and Pickled Red Onion with a Vidalia Onion Dressing and their choice of entrée which included Seared Sea Bass with a Tomato Tarragon Cream Sauce or Roasted Beef Tender with a Mushroom Rosemary Demi Glaze. Accompaniments included Pan Roasted Baby Spring Potatoes with Fresh Herbs and Sautéed Green Beans with Blistered Grape Tomatoes. Dinner was followed by desert of Crème Brule with Coffee Service offered tableside.
