With the entrance of Fall and the Holiday season, warm and savory flavors of comfort have made their comeback. We served a delicious and seasonal custom menu for the Annual CPE Day event. The lunch began with a Classic Garden Salad of fresh cut vegetables and the option of an Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette or a Creamy Herb Dressing.
The entrée included Fall Harvest Chicken with a Sauteed Chicken Breast in a Sage Cream Sauce and a garnish of Roasted Butternut Squash and Brussel Sprouts.
Accompanying the main dish were Herb Roasted Potatoes and Sauteed Green Beans with blistered and vibrant Grape Tomatoes.
Guests enjoyed Freshly Baked Rolls with Butter as a compliment to the meal. Both Sweetened and Un-Sweetened Iced Tea were available, in addition to the beverage stations of Coffee Service, Hot Tea, and Fruit Infused Water. We know you want to hear about dessert! This group opted to serve dessert at their afternoon break instead of lunch.
Guests delighted in an assortment of dessert bars to include flavors of Seven Layer Coconut, Lemon, Caramel and Raspberry. Our caterers made pick up easy and convenient by pre-plating the dessert bars so guests could enjoy their break within the allotted time of the tight agenda.
