This month we are featuring our BB&T Oak Ridge Rooms that were used for a recent event with the Piedmont Triad Chapter of Project Management Institute. The 2-day event utilized half of our BB&T Oak Ridge rooms for their general session meeting and the other half as a dining area/networking space for attendees. Both the general session and breakout sessions (which were held in smaller rooms in our center) were hybrid sessions whereby the group connected with virtual attendees on Microsoft Teams.
The BB&T Oak Ridge Rooms can seat up to 180 attendees when combined all together, but can divide into 4 smaller quadrants using motorized partition walls. This capability offers up loads of flexibility when you need to multitask your spaces for various purposes throughout the day. Equipped with drop down screens and ceiling mounted projectors, there is visibility of the PowerPoint slides in both the front and back of the room, perfectly convenient for a full banquet round set up. Integrated sound and wireless microphones allow your guests to easily hear meeting content and/or connect with hybrid guests and presenters.
Another feature we love about the BB&T Oak Ridge rooms are the ample floor power connections located throughout the space. Guests can stay connected and charged no matter where they are located in the room.
