Catering Feature: Marvelous Mediterranean Hot Buffet

Veggie Medley and Potatoes

Want to serve your event attendees a hot lunch that is a gift to the eyes AND the taste buds? The American Home Furnishings Alliance selected our Mediterranean Hot Buffet for the first day of their two-day conference luncheons.

A fresh Salad of Crisp Spring Greens with Ripe Olives, Cucumber, Vine Ripe Tomato, Crisp Pepperoncini Peppers, and Feta Cheese was served with a House-made Greek Vinaigrette.

They made a slight revision to their menu, substituting Lemon Chicken Florentine with Fresh Spinach and Grape Tomatoes, Served in a White Wine Herb Sauce, as their entrée. Their side items included a colorful Medley of Fresh Sautéed Vegetables with Lemon Butter Sauce and Oven Roasted Red Potatoes with Fresh Chopped Herbs and Parmesan Cheese. Dessert included an Assortment of Bistro Bars.

As if this wonderful menu wasn’t enough, an AHFA favorite – the “Big Cookie Break” – came a few hours later. We couldn’t resist sharing a closeup of these chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, and macadamia nut with sea salt caramel beauties!
