This month’s catering highlight is the American Home Furnishings Alliance’s Speaker Dinner event at The Clubhouse at Cameron Campus. A pre-dinner cocktail service offered domestic, imported, and craft beers, along with select red and white wines, and guests enjoyed themselves on the patio.
The dinner menu featured:
- salad of crisp greens, sliced apples, fresh strawberries, spiced walnuts, and feta cheese crumbles, served with a citrus herb vinaigrette;
- sautéed breast of chicken in a lemon caper wine sauce;
- herb and peppercorn encrusted top round of beef with a mushroom merlot sauce;
- dauphinoise potatoes;
- asparagus bundle with carrots in a yellow squash ring;
Dinner was topped off by a mouth-watering dessert of chocolate ganache mousse cake.
