This month’s catering highlight is the Carolina Classic Low Country Boil, that was served at the Freud America outdoor picnic.
The menu included traditional components of jumbo shrimp, grilled smoked sausage, new potatoes and fresh corn on the cob prepared in a Charleston-style broth, and served with melted butter and lemon wedges.
We also included fresh grilled pineapple along with Key Lime Pie and Caramel Sea-Salt Triple-Fudge Brownies for dessert.
Some fun components included adult-sized bibs and trash boats for shrimp shells… to give guests the full experience! This was a customized menu provided by our exclusive catering partners Plain & Fancy Caterers of High Point, NC.
