Kicking off the new year, our highlight for this month is an evening reception held on January 26th. Nestled between the Pre-Function and BB&T Oak Ridge Rooms, guests were treated to a wide variety of hors d’oeuvres and an assortment of Beer and Wines provided by our exclusive catering partners Plain & Fancy Caterers.
The menu included BBQ Pork Sliders, Marinated Vegetable Skewers, Warm Pretzel Bites, 4-Cheese Ravioli with Traditional Marinara Sauce and Asian Glazed Crispy Chicken Bites! Guests were also treated to a Beer and Wine bar. Attendees enjoyed a wonderful evening reception which provided a relaxing end to the group’s team meeting.
