For this month’s catering highlight, we’re featuring the Italian Pasta Buffet.
This buffet offers guests a colorful, fresh salad of crisp lettuce greens and fresh-cut vegetables, with an aged balsamic vinaigrette and a creamy herb buttermilk dressing, served on the side. Oh, and don’t forget the garlic bread!
You’ll select two pasta items from the following: Chicken Alfredo with Penne Pasta, Tri-color Rotini Pasta with a Tomato Marinara Sauce and Meatballs, or Cavatappi Primavera and Fresh Vegetables in a White Wine Herb Sauce.
Finish off the buffet by choosing one item from our three decadent dessert options: Seasonal Fruit Cobbler with Whipped Cream, Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake Bars, or Mini Cannoli Topped with Chocolate Drizzle.
