On September 20, 2023, NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, hosted a plated luncheon and panel discussion in the Truist Oak Ridge Room. Over 70 guests were in attendance for this event. Prior to the opening of the luncheon, participants checked in at the registration desk area and mingled in the lobby outside of Truist Oak Ridge.
Truist Oak Ridge was arranged with round tables and chairs set “crescent style”, so that guests would not have their backs to the stage. A stage riser was set at the front of the room, allowing for better visibility for those sitting at the back of the room. A podium was set for the panel moderator, along with comfortable chairs for panel guests, and the drop-down projection screens offered a clear view of the presentation slides.
A plated lunch was served at this event. Tables were pre-set with a Tuscan Salad of Romaine Lettuce, Tomatoes, Parmesan, and Garlic Herb Croutons with a House-Made Caesar Dressing, Iced Tea and Water, and New York Style Cheesecake with Cherry Sauce. The entrée consisted of Sautéed Chicken, served with a Rich Marsala Wine Sauce with Mushrooms and Shallots, a Creamy Mushroom Risotto, and Baby Asparagus. Our catering partners, Plain and Fancy Caterers, did a fantastic job of serving the meals in a timely fashion.
