Catering Highlight: Rooms Full of Hors d’oeuvres; Reception at the Clubhouse

Bank of America held a Kickoff Meeting Reception in The Clubhouse at Cameron Campus on March 19th. We’d like to describe and show you some mouth-watering hors d’oeuvres that were served throughout the venue.

In the Parlor Room, Marinated Vegetable Skewers with an Aged Balsamic Glaze and Fresh Basil Chiffonade were served, accompanied by a consumption Beer & Wine Bar offering a selection of refreshing beverages as guests mingled and networked.

Guests enjoyed Coconut Chicken Tenders with a Honey Dijon Dipping Sauce, Pan-Seared Atlantic Salmon Cakes with a Caper-Dill Dipping Sauce, Aloha Sirloin Meatballs with a Tropical BBQ Sauce, and a Selection of Petite Desserts, served in the Dining Room.

Moving to Retreat Room 1, guests enjoyed a Terrine of Fresh Spinach, Artichoke and Asiago Cheese Dip with Tortilla Chips and a display of Fresh Fruit Skewers. A self-serve beverage station of Iced Tea and Infused Water was in the Dining Room area as well.

Plain & Fancy Caterers, our dedicated catering partner, provided this beautiful display for the evening.

The Clubhouse at Cameron Campus is an ideal location for retreats and receptions for groups of 30 or less.
