The Conference Center at GTCC works with both the client and our catering partners, Plain & Fancy Caterers, to assure that clients have a variety of options suitable for their guests’ needs.
For example, the Assorted Snack Basket can offer guests an option of items for a morning or afternoon break. Client favorites include Fresh-Cut Seasonal Fruit, House Made Potato Chips served with Caramelized Onion Dip, or classic Cookies & Brownies.
Looking for something a little “fancier” for the occasion? Consider the Charcuterie Display, with Domestic Meats and Cheeses served with Fresh Fruit.
