The joy of the holiday season was in full swing last month during the 2023 Volvo SML Holiday Luncheon! Over 150 Team Members gathered to enjoy a wonderful buffet lunch, provided by our partners Plain & Fancy Caterers.
Guests celebrated in the festively adorned Truist Oak Ridge Rooms, which seat up to 180 guests in full banquet rounds. The air was filled with the tantalizing aromas of a seasonal Holiday meal full of delectable selections including Balsamic and Cranberry Glazed Chicken, Rosemary Infused Mashed Potatoes and Sautéed Fresh Green Beans with Honey-Ginger Glazed Carrots. And we can’t forget about dessert! Ginger and Apple Cobbler with Fresh Whipped Cream was the perfect way to end a meal.
The Pre-Function Rooms were the perfect location for the buffet service. Our team added a little flair to the catering setup by adding Nutcrackers and festive décor, along with seasonal fresh flowers that helped bring in the holiday cheer. Guests relished not just in the culinary delights, but also in the impeccable service that made every moment memorable.
