Recently we hosted Investors Title Insurance for their Attorney & Paralegal Risk Management Seminar. The seminar focused on “title issues, industry challenges and the preparation and protections needed in today’s real property environment.” The meeting was held in our Auditorium space, which allowed the approximately 105 attendees plenty of room to spread out comfortably for a packed day of back-to-back speakers and presentations.
The Auditorium accommodates up to 250 guests in a fixed classroom style setting. The classroom tables include pop up power outlets so guests can stay connected on their devices throughout the day. A podium was placed on the floor level for the 6 presenters that spoke throughout the day. Wireless lapel microphones were used, and wireless handheld mics were also available for announcements.
Catering was enjoyed in the adjacent Pre-Function Space and the clients took advantage of our all-day Cameron Package, which included refreshed Coffee Service throughout the day, Continental Breakfast supplemented with Hot Croissant Sandwiches, a Mediterranean Buffet Lunch (one of our most popular buffets) and morning and afternoon healthy snack breaks.
Registration for attendee check in was unique in that it took place in our Pre-Function space instead of the main lobby at the built in desk. This allowed the meeting organizer to easily access the meeting room throughout the day as needed. No two events are alike, and this is just another way we can customize your set up according to your preferences and needs!
