This month we are featuring Classrooms 130 & 131 Combined. Located on the 1st floor and just outside the Auditorium, clients love this space for the accessibility and location to the larger event spaces. These rooms are great for smaller breakout sessions, but can also be used together or separately in multiple different configurations for maximum flexibility for general session meetings too! Like all of our spaces, Audio Visual capabilities are built right in, with projection, sound, floor power, whiteboards, computer desks, and wireless internet already equipped within the space. When using the two spaces combined, we always provide an additional 60inch LCD display in the middle of the two rooms, which ensures excellent visibility of the presentation to all participants.
These spaces are a preference for many of our clients, with plenty of natural lighting from the window walls, ample space outside the room for any registration or catering needs and an open & airy feel inside. As an added feature, Classrooms 130/131 Combined can be completely opened up by folding back the flexible outer partitions, to create yet another pre-function type space for receptions, vendor exhibits, interview tables or dining space. Separately the rooms seat between 32-38 guests, but when combined, they can seat 70 guests (pre-Covid numbers).
