On August 12, Guilford Technical Community College (GTCC) employees gathered at The Conference Center at GTCC to celebrate Fall Convocation, where an incredible milestone was announced: our community college is now the third largest in North Carolina! This achievement reflects our collective dedication, resilience, and passion for education. Together, we’ve built a vibrant community that fosters People, Pathways, and Partnerships.
The Conference Center was proud to host over 600 people to celebrate and recognize the hard work of our faculty and staff who have contributed to this success and fostered relationships with the community. We all play a vital role in shaping our college’s future and enhancing the lives of those we serve.
This achievement opens new doors for growth, collaboration, and opportunity for all aspects of the college, including The Conference Center, who serves the meeting needs of local businesses, organizations, and industry partners. As we continue to support one another and strive for even greater heights, we remember that we are not just a college; we are a team, a powerhouse of learning, and a beacon of hope in our community.
