For our Catering Highlight this month we wanted to feature the LatinxEd Pre-Conference Reception and Dinner which was served by our exclusive catering partners Plain and Fancy Catering.
Hosted the night before the start of the 2022 LatinxEd Summit, attendees were treated to a special networking reception and dinner at The Clubhouse, which was decorated with flags which represented each Latinx country.
Guests enjoyed a pre-dinner cocktail reception which offered various beer and wine selections. A charcuterie display consisting of domestic and imported cheeses, domestic meats and assorted fruit accompanied the beverages.
Following the cocktail reception, guests had a delicious buffet dinner which featured choices of herb and peppercorn encrusted sliced top round of beef, a ratatouille of fresh vegetables, and orzo pasta with olives, spinach, bell peppers and lemon. And let’s not forget dessert! Cherries and Cream Bistro Bars helped attendees end their night on a sweet note.
