Offering the ultimate flexibility, the Grand Auditorium can accommodate up to 500 guests by combining the Truist Oak Ridge Rooms, set in Theatre Style for 250, with the 250-seat Auditorium. In this combined scenario, a stage riser is placed on the Auditorium floor level for presenters and panel discussions. This elevates the speakers so that they can be seen past the tiered Auditorium into the Truist Oak Ridge section of the Grand.
Our state-of-the-art Audio-Visual system allows us to sync both presentation and sound for the combined spaces, as well as a camera view of the Auditorium stage riser if preferred. Multiple drop-down screens in the Truist Oak Ridge section allow guests who are seated further away from the Auditorium, the ability to see the presentations.
In addition to expanding general session seating, the Grand Auditorium can also be arranged for multipurpose uses, such as utilizing round tables in Truist Oak Ridge for lunch dining or afternoon breakout sessions. The motorized partition between the two spaces provides the ability to divide the rooms quickly for planned transitions.
