Our Main Lobby is the entryway point and main thoroughfare for The Conference Center and connects to the classroom hallway as well as our pre-function space leading to the Auditorium. The Main Lobby also houses our built-in Registration Desk, which allows participants to check in for larger events. The atrium-like ceilings in the lobby give the space an open and spacious vibe and can easily accommodate your guests for registration, vendor exhibit halls, catering buffets, and cocktail receptions. Digital wayfinding signage is posted by our team at the lobby entrance for each day’s meetings to advise guests on what direction to take to access their meeting room. For your comfort, the Main Lobby also has flexible seating available throughout for attendees who need to step out of their meeting room for a call, and sometimes you’ll find guests enjoying their lunch here while appreciating the natural sunlight that comes through the floor to ceiling windows at the Front Circle. The Front Circle Lobby is the southward-facing section of the lobby that is a reservable space used for receptions, meal service, or exhibitors. This is an ideal gathering area as it is central to the larger rooms in our Center. The building entrance at the Front Circle Lobby also serves as a drop-off point for those with mobility needs, awaiting taxi or shuttle service pickup, and/or for temporary loading and unloading of materials.
