The Conference Center at GTCC is sure to accommodate your technology needs for a dynamic event.
All packages include the following Audio Visual features:
HDMI Presentation capabilities with drop down screens and built in projectors (some rooms have short-throw projection or wall-mounted LCD displays)
Lectern computer or laptop provided in each space with remote slide advancer
Integrated in-room sound and use of wireless (lapel & handheld) or wired microphones: customized to the guest count, meeting space and event logistics
Podium (or Computer Desk/Lectern combo), adjustable lighting and wireless high speed internet
Technical support on your event day to assist with event kickoff, transitions, and troubleshooting throughout the event as needed
Speak with your planner about Hybrid/Live Streaming capabilities
We also offer additional items on a first-come, first-serve basis such as power strips or power towers, flip charts with markers, and additional cables/adapters. Limited quantities of these resources are available, so please book in advance.
