The Conference Center at GTCC is sure to accommodate your technology needs for a dynamic event.

All packages include the following Audio Visual features:

• HDMI Presentation capabilities with drop down screens and built in projectors (some rooms have short-throw projection or wall-mounted LCD displays)

• Lectern computer or laptop provided in each space with remote slide advancer

• Integrated in-room sound and use of wireless (lapel & handheld) or wired microphones: customized to the guest count, meeting space and event logistics

• Podium (or Computer Desk/Lectern combo), adjustable lighting and wireless high speed internet

• Technical support on your event day to assist with event kickoff, transitions, and troubleshooting throughout the event as needed

• Speak with your planner about Hybrid/Live Streaming capabilities

We also offer additional items on a first-come, first-serve basis such as power strips or power towers, flip charts with markers, and additional cables/adapters. Limited quantities of these resources are available, so please book in advance.
