This month’s catering highlight is the “Party Wings” Cocktail Reception for the Mack Trucks North America Southeast Regional Alignment Meeting, held on the lawn of The Clubhouse at Cameron Campus on October 19.
The menu included chicken wings, served with ranch and blue cheese dressings, and fresh carrots and celery. Bar service included a selection of domestic, imported, and craft beers. Of course, LOTS of napkins were at the ready.
Guests enjoyed beautiful weather that afternoon, with music and games on the lawn. The reception provided a relaxed ending to the first of a two-day event for the group.
