Before you book with us, we are happy to meet with you to tour the venue and suggest options for meeting spaces, based on your guest count and agenda structure. Your planner will then provide you with a detailed proposal that outlines your meeting space, catering arrangements, and any audio-visual and/or staffing needs.
Once you’ve selected us as your venue and signed your contract, you’ll continue working with the same planner, who will help you coordinate your event arrangements and address any technical or logistical needs you may have. They can also review the menu choices and help to address any dietary or allergy restrictions your guests may have.
On the day of the event, your planner will greet you upon arrival and will be accessible throughout the event, making sure that your space is properly arranged, your catering is ready to serve, and your event is flowing smoothly.
