We wanted to take a moment to share with you the beautiful balloon display that was used to welcome guests to the “Do the Work Power Luncheon” on March 26th.
While The Conference Center at GTCC does not allow helium-filled balloons in our venue, balloon arch displays like this one from a pre-approved professional vendor are acceptable. Please reference your rental agreement for more information on what types of vendors we allow and be sure to speak to your planner 15 days prior to the event at a minimum, regarding any vendor arrangements you may have as well as coordinating any set up needs for the vendor. We watched @corecreationsballoons take detail in arranging all the various sizes into a beautiful waterfall-like display.
