If you’ve ever attended a conference, retreat, or meeting off-site, even though it may be held away from the regular workspace, sometimes you need a little “retreat” from the retreat – catch up on a few emails, check your calendar, chat with coworkers, or simply relax. Here at The Conference Center, there are several little spaces on our first-floor area to do just that.
Next to the front lobby Registration Desk area, there is an intimate seating area to relax before your meeting begins. There is also another larger space in the Circle Lobby area.
The Pre-Function area also has several sectionals, where you can step out of your meetings in the Auditorium or Truist Oak Ridge rooms for a quick break.
There are Wi-Fi capabilities throughout The Conference Center, so you can easily connect your devices. Enjoy these spaces alone or catch up with colleagues.
