Are you planning an exhibitor event or intimate tradeshow to showcase vendor tabletop exhibits, expo demonstrations or networking opportunities to engage with multiple suppliers? The Conference Center at GTCC has several meeting spaces available that will suit your exhibitor needs.
Our Truist Oak Ridge Rooms offer 3,747 square feet of open space with floor power throughout. Depending on the table size and amount of space needed for each vendor, we can host up to (30) tabletop vendors or (18) 10×10 booth spaces here.
Our Pre-Function Space is another great option for exhibitors and vendors, and has 2,928 square feet of space to offer, hosting (25-30) tabletop vendors or (14) 10×10 booth spaces. Need to get creative to fit it all in?
Our Classrooms 130 & 131 Combined space has moveable partitions that can be opened to create yet another option for tabletop exhibitors! This area will provide approximately 1,500 square feet of space for (25) tabletop vendors.
Lastly, our Main Lobby is a great location for up to (15) tabletop vendors for groups that may be using the full Conference Center for other purposes. As you plan your next meeting with us, be sure to let your meeting coordinator know of any tabletop vendors, exhibitors or sponsors needing display space in conjunction with your upcoming event, especially if you will have multiple exhibitors attending. Your meeting coordinator can help you determine what space might be best for your needs and can advise on availability, table size, linen size, associated costs, and other details to help you plan a seamless exhibitor or vendor event.
