Catering Highlight: Tailored Menu Offers Variety for Participants

This month’s catering highlight is the Partnership Property Management’s Regional Meeting, held on November 10. Approximately 150 participants came to The Conference Center for the full-day event, and there was no lack of delicious food for them to enjoy throughout the day! Along with the regular catering package options selected for the event, several special additions were also made to the menu to offer more variety.

Guests were treated to a full breakfast which included a selection of breakfast breads, pastries and muffins, along with hot selections of scrambled eggs with cheese, country sausage links and smoked bacon, seasoned home fries, and buttermilk biscuits. The spread also included seasonal fruit, orange juice and coffee with hot tea selections; as well as our infused iced water.

A Carolina BBQ Buffet was served for lunch, which included a salad, house-smoked pulled pork BBQ, oven-fried chicken, southern coleslaw and mashed potatoes, sautéed green beans and honey ginger glazed carrots, and a medley of fresh vegetables in lemon butter sauce, with petite corn muffins.

The dessert station included pecan pie, traditional cheesecake with fresh strawberry puree topping and whipped cream, as well as home-style chocolate layer cake. We hope that everyone who attended the Regional Meeting left with lots of new information and full, happy stomachs!
