Approximately 40 people attended the day-long event, which included speakers, multiple sessions, and a panel discussion. The meeting was offered in a hybrid format, so our audio-visual technical staff assisted the client with setting up Zoom videoconferencing, allowing the meeting to be recorded and off-site guests to participate in Q&A sessions. Hand-held and lapel mics were available for presenters.
A Pre-Made Deli Sandwich Luncheon was offered, as well as all-day beverage service and a morning and afternoon break. Oversized cookies – a break item request for every event – are always a big hit with this client.
